- Contributing to information and outreach activities
- Contributing to the preparation of NIOM’s business plan and annual report
We are looking for candidates who have
- A PhD and research qualifications, preferably at professor or associate professor level, with a background in odontology and specialist competence relevant to the position, or equivalent qualifications; relevant medical specialisation may also be considered

- Experience as a research leader with documented results is an advantage
- Experience in facilitating and applying for external research funding
- Experience in registry-based research is an advantage
- Very good written and oral communication skills in a Scandinavian language and in English
Personal qualities
- A proactive and results-oriented research leader with strong implementation skills and a documented record of relevant scientific publications
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust and constructive working relationships
- Able to work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner
- Highly motivated, engaged and with a strong capacity for work
- Curious about new technologies and committed to continuous professional development, both for yourself and for others
