Rebecca Arntsen graduated from BI Norwegian Business School, earning a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining NIOM, she spent six years at Scatec ASA, where she held various position within communication and investor relations.In her role at NIOM, she oversees both external and internal communication initiatives, and successfully launched the organisation's new graphical profile and website in April 2024.
