Erik Farbrot is a graduate from Handelshøyskolen BI and the Norwegian Armed Forces Military Academy (KS). He has an extensive background from both the private- and public sector. Farbrot has 25 years of experience as CFO, dealing with both financial and managerial tasks related to core business, operations, development and strategy. As CFO Farbrot is together with the rest of the management team responsible for well- functioning workflows, customized management systems to support the Institutes highly skilled staff and board. He has a central role in supporting the Institute’s tasks within research, standardization, material testing and information activity within the field of dental biomaterials. He also serves as HR manager at NIOM.
